Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process and ship out an order. If you place an order for an out of stock item, you will receive an email notification. If you place an order with a mix of in stock & out of stock items, your order will ship partial. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to report any missing packages.
To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be shipped back un-used, with no damages, no tampering, and in its original packaging. Once an RMA has been issued, all items must be shipped back to MCS with in the next 3 business days and tracking must be emailed to ''firstname.lastname@example.org''
Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of the RMA, and we will not cover the cost of return shipping. All packages refused at delivery, and returned without an RMA, will not be eligible for a return until an RMA has been requested and processed.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your RMA item(s) have been received at our facility, we will test & inspect all item(s). Once an RMA has been processed, you will receive (if eligible) a refund within one to two weeks. If we receive item(s) that are used or damaged, no refund will be issued, and we will not cover the cost of return shipping.

If an Item(s) is backordered, you will receive an email notifying you about the backorder. After an email has been sent, you have a total of 2 days to respond back. If you choose to cancel your order, there will not be a cancelation fee. If you choose to keep your order open, and cancel at a later time, there will be a cancelation fee.
